Features

A simple, proven device that dramatically.
  • Reduces fuel consumption 8-10% average
  • Reduces opacity emissions up to 65%
  • Reduces NOx 19%
  • Reduces maintenance costs
  • Reduces rap, ignition lag and vibration

The Universal Diesel Liquefier (UDL) is a patented component that maintains perfect fuel injection temperature to provide maximum performance with cost effective reduction of fuel consumption and exhaust emissions.

Fleets, governments, ski resorts, mining, off-road equipment and stationary engines in more than 40 countries use the UDL. It is maintenance free, will not reduce power or harm the engine, is easy to install and has a lifetime warranty.

Benefits

  • Reduces fuel consumption 8-12% on mechanically injected engines
  • Reduces opacity emissions up to 65%
  • Reduces opacity on the emission snap-acceleration test
  • Reduces NOx up to 19%
  • Reduces maintenance costs
  • Reduces rap, ignition lag, blow-by and vibration
  • Reduces hydrocarbons and particulates up to 50%
  • Reduces black smoke up to 65%
  • Eliminates gelling and waxing
  • Extends engine life with cleaner burn results, less carbon build-up
  • Extends fuel injector and fuel system life

Notes

The UDL is not applicable for Detroit Diesel Series 50 or 60, any 2-cycle engine, and newer computer controlled engines.

How it Works

Without modifications to the engine, the UDL, using certified technology, circulates coolant as the heat source to optimize atomization of the fuel as it is dispersed by the injectors.

Why it works

It utilizes the SAE published scientific principle that when diesel fuel temperature is stabilized between 170°F and 192°F, it liquefies into a finer spray, allowing more complete combustion. Optimization of the combustion process reduces fuel consumption while providing the equivalent power, and decreases particulate and toxic exhaust gases. Your engine stays cooler and cleaner and lasts longer.

Return on Investment

From fuel savings alone the UDL pays for itself quickly, producing positive cash flow. Cost payback is effectively 45,000 miles or 200 hours (average) along with reductions in other maintenance expenses.
